Where will the ceremony and reception be held?
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at the KC Bison Ranch, just 20 minutes NorthEast of Dahlongea, GA.

Where should I stay?
The closer to downtown Dahlonega, the better! Visit our Travel page for all the details.

How do I get there? Will there be parking?
The Overlook at the KC Bison Ranch: 22 Dream Big Trace, Dahlonega, GA 30533

There is gravel parking onsite. No overnight parking. We have a Free Shuttle to/from downtown and the venue, see the Schedule Page for details.

What time should I arrive?
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. We ask that guests arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. This will allow you plenty of time to park and find a seat! Consider arriving earlier and grabbing a pre-ceremony drink at one of the next door wineries, Frogtown Cellars and Three Sisters Vineyard.

What should I wear?
We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting cocktail/semi-formal attire for our wedding. No denim or jeans please!

Can I bring a guest/date?
If you received a plus one or your guest’s name is listed on your invitation envelope, then yes! Otherwise we would love to keep our wedding as an intimate event with close family and friends only.

Are children invited?
We love all the littles! However, invitations will be specific and we request you only bring children if your invitation envelope includes their names or is addressed as “The Smith Family”.

Will there be an open bar?
YES! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you…get ready to party!

Can I take & post pictures of your wedding on social media?
While we will be having an “unplugged ceremony”, meaning no phones or cameras, afterwards you are free to take as many pictures/videos as you would like! We’ll have QR codes posted at each table for you to share them with us, and don’t forget to tag us in what you post We kindly ask for the ceremony that you keep phones and cameras away so the professionals we’ve hired can capture the special moments and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them!

What should I do if I can’t make it?
Your presence will be surely missed! If you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible and be sure to RSVP “will NOT attend” so that we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

What if the weather turns out to be rainy for the big day?
No fear! The outdoor ceremony can be moved indoors to the reception area. Either way, the views are beautiful and we’ll party on all the same!
